To comply with the policies on preventing and suppressing mule accounts, technology crime, and money laundering set forth by the Bank of Thailand, the Royal Thai Police, the Anti-Money Laundering Office, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“The Company) has implemented updated guidelines which align with the SEC's guidelines as follows:

Company's Rights
The Company reserves the right to reject new customer account openings and identity verifications, set conditions for or suspend transactions, and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence Plus when the Company has suspicions.
Customer Types and Identity Verification Levels
The company classifies customers according to their level of identity verification as shown in the table below.

Explanation of Verification Levels
The Company defines the explanation for each identity verification level as follows:
1) Know Your Customer (KYC)
1. Customers who provide personal information.
2. Customers who present identification documents such as a national ID card or passport.
2) Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
1. Customers who provide information about their residential address.
2. Customers who provide information about their source of funds.
3) Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
1. Customers who provide documents proving their address, such as a house registration book, utility bills, or bank statements.
2. Customers who provide documents proving their source of funds, such as salary slips, salary certificates, or bank account statements.
4) Enhanced Due Diligence Plus (EDD+)
1. Customers who use a postpaid SIM registered.
2. Customers who have a history of E-Filing taxes through the Revenue Department's online system.
3. Customers who have successfully completed a video call with the Company.
5) Whitelist
1. Customers who are institutional investors, ultra-high-net-worth investors, or high-net-worth investors as defined by applicable law.
2. Customers who provide credible proof of profession whose authenticity can be verified by reliable agencies or organizations, such as doctors, auditors, judges, or personnel in the capital market business.
3. Customers who provide proof of having an account with another digital asset business operator and are considered a reliable customer of that operator.
4. Customers who provide proof of having an account with a securities business operator or a derivatives business operator, where the account has been open for more than 6 months and shows normal transaction behavior.
5. Customers who have been verified as reliable by a financial institution or a professional under Section 16 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
6. S and M level customers whose accounts have been open for more than 6 months and exhibit normal digital asset transaction behavior, with trades in more than 5 digital assets (excluding stablecoins) and continuous monthly trading for at least 6 months.

Customer Types and Transaction Conditions
Once the customer has successfully completed identity verification, the company will assign an initial transaction limit according to the table below. Customers may request an increase of their deposit and withdrawal limits for Thai Baht and digital assets through the support team, subject to the company’s review and approval.

* S Level customers won't be able to withdraw Thai Baht or digital assets immediately after successful identity verification. They'll be able to make withdrawals 24 hours after their first Thai Baht deposit, except for withdrawing Thai Baht to the same account used for deposit, which is allowed immediately. This is in accordance with the SEC's guidelines.
