Identity verification steps via application
1. Open Z.com EX application.
2. Click on "Account" menu.
3. Click on "Register"
4. You will be directed to the registration page where you need to fill in the required fields.
- Enter your valid Email address (Please enter your valid email address that must not contain
uppercase letter and the hyphen (-) and special symbols e.g., #!$) - Create your password. ** The password must contain at least 10 characters (12 advised), One lowercase and uppercase letter, One number, One special symbols (e.g., #!$).
- Check the box and accept the terms and conditions.
- Check the box and accept the privacy notice.
- Then click "Register"
5. You will notice that confirmation email has been sent to your email. Please click "OK" and check your email.
6. After receiving account verification email. Please click "Confirm" to verify your email address.
Note: This link will expire if you do not click the verification link within 30 minutes. You can log in by clicking "Login" and entering your email address and password. The system will resend the verification link to your email.
7. After successful verification Please log in again with "Email and Password" and click "Login".
8. The system will ask you to set up a 6-digit PIN twice to verify.
9. After successfully setting the login code or PIN code, please proceed with identity verification by clicking "Verify now"
10. The system will display a page where you will need to select your nationality. If you are not a Thai national, please select "Non-Thai" and click "Continue."
11. Review and make sure you understand the FATCA information. After that, click the checkbox and "Accept."
12. The system will display a page for entering your personal information. Please fill in all fields, request an OTP to confirm your mobile phone number, and then click "Continue."
13. You'll need to fill in the residential address information. Please fill in all fields.
Note: If your current address is the same as the residential address, click "Continue."
If your current address is different, click "Different from Identity card address" to fill in address information. Once you've completed, click "Proceed."
14. Upload your identity verification document file and then click "Continue."
15.The system will display a page for taking selfies. click "Take a selfie."
If you do not have a camera, click "Click here to upload" and then follow the instructions in the "Note" and "Upload files."
16. Please carefully fill in all additional information and your career information. Double-check the accuracy of your information before clicking "Continue."
17. Complete the Suitability Test. Please make sure to answer every question, click "Continue" after completing the test.
18. The system will display your score and risk profile. Please read it and click "OK."
19. Review your information and confirm your acknowledgment and consent to accept the agreement.
Please note that selecting "Start Over" will completely restart the identity KYC verification process, and all previously submitted information will be deleted.
20. The system will display the page "Your account is under review" which means you have completed all the steps. We will notify you of the status of your account approval via your registered email address.
Note: The system will automatically delete your account within 90 days if identity verification is not completed.
Identity verification steps via website
1. After you have registered successfully, please login to your account.
2. Please proceed to verify KYC by clicking "Verify Now."
3. The system will display a page where you will need to select your nationality. If you are not a Thai national, please select "Non-Thai" and click "Continue."
4. Review and make sure you understand the FATCA information. After that, click the checkbox and "Accept."
5. The system will display a page for entering your personal information. Please fill in all fields, request an OTP to confirm your mobile phone number, and then click "Continue."
6. You'll need to fill in the residential address information. Please fill in all fields.
Note: If your current address is the same as the residential address, click "Continue."
