How to withdraw Cryptocurrency via application.
1. Log in into Z.com EX application.
2. Select the "Wallet" menu which located at the bottom of the screen.
3. The system will show the total balance of coins. Select the coin that you would like to deposit to your account e.g. BTC.
4. From the example, select the BTC withdraw, then click on the "Withdraw" menu.
5. Please enter the details below
- "Withdraw address" Enter the recipient address.

"Withdrawal amount" Specify the amount of the coin.
(Please be aware that each coin has their own different withdrawal fee) - Then the system will automatically calculate how much coin (asset) that you will get.
6. Click on the "Continue" menu.
7. After that, the system will ask you to confirm the withdrawal again. Click the "Confirm." menu at the bottom of the screen.
8. You will be asked to enter a 2FA code to verify your withdrawal. Then click on the "Submit" menu.
***Please be aware that you need to fill out "Wallet address" and "Destination Tag" every time for XRP and XLM***
***If the destination does not have a Tag ID, please enter "0"***
Note:
1. Double check your withdrawal address, as most of cryptocurrency transactions is irreversible.
2. Do not withdraw directly to a crowdfund or ICO address, as your account will not be credited with tokens from such sales.
3. Withdrawal crypto have to wait until first transaction done before doing next transaction.

Every Cryptocurrency will arrive within 24 hours, depending on internally processing and the number of blocks set by destination website.
- Maximum 10 times / 1 hour for withdrawal Crypto. We cut-off time for Crypto withdraw from first transection.
- Example: Withdraw Crypto every 1 min since 09.01-09.10 AM. (10times) after finish 1 hr. since 10.01-10.10 AM. You available withdraw Crypto 1 time every 1 minute until 10 times.
- Each coin is 10 times (separate coin).
