In case your wallet address is affected by the system maintenance and required to change, please see the instructions below.
1. Log in to your Z.com EX account then click on icon "Wallet".
2. Find the digital asset that you need to create a new address. (For example: BTC deposit)
3. Click on menu "Deposit" of the digital asset.
4. Click on menu "select network" then choose the network.
5. Click on menu "Generate deposit address" for creating a new address.
(for this menu the system will allow the customer to press only the first time of creating a new address)
6. The system will show new wallet address and QR code.
7. Click “Copy Address” to copy and paste it into the sender’s wallet. If the sender’s wallet supports QR code scanning, you may also scan the QR code directly.
