What is NDID?
National Digital ID or NDID is Thailand's central platform that provides digital identity verification and verification services online. NDID helps raise the level of applying or requesting online services to be more convenient, faster, and more secure.

- Customers who intend to complete the verification through NDID must have completed the NDID verification with a provider in Thailand prior to the use of this method.

Identity verification steps to complete the NDID via application
1. After you have registered successfully, please login to your account.
2. Please proceed to verify KYC by clicking "Verify Now"
3. You will see a page where you need to select nationality. In this case, please select Thai and click "Continue"
4. Review and make sure you understand the FATCA information. After that, click the checkbox and "Accept"
5. Fill in your phone number and click "Request OTP" to verify your phone number.
6. Fill in your identity card number and click "Continue"
7. Read the terms and conditions of NDID service and click "Accept" to continue.
8. Select the NDID provider that you have already registered and click "Continue"
Note: If you have never registered an NDID before, please choose an NDID provider from the "Not
registered NDID" list to register first.
9. Open the application of the NDID provider that you choose in the previous step. Please verify your NDID within 60 minutes. If your information is submitted successfully through the NDID service, please return to Z.com EX, and click "Check Status"
10. You will see a message informing "NDID verification is completed". Click "Continue" to proceed the next step.
11. Please check your personal information carefully. If it is correct, click "Continue"
Note: For this page, you cannot edit the information. If it is incorrect, please contact the NDID provider.
12. Please check your address information carefully. If it is correct and your current address is the same as the one on ID card, click "Continue". However, if it is not the same, please click "Different contact address"
Note: For this page, you cannot edit address on ID card. If it is incorrect, please contact the NDID provider.
13. Please upload a picture of the front of your ID card and double-check its accuracy before clicking "Continue"
14. Please take a selfie by clicking "Take a Selfie"
If you do not have a webcam, click "Click here to upload" and then follow the instructions in the "Note" and "Upload files"
15. Please fill in your additional formation carefully and double-check its accuracy before clicking "Continue"
16. Complete the Suitability Test. Please make sure to answer every question, click "Continue" after completing the test.
17. The system will display your score and risk profile. Please read it and click "OK"
18. Review your information and confirm your acknowledgment and consent to accept the agreement.
Please note that selecting "Start Over" will completely restart the identity KYC verification process, and all previously submitted information will be deleted.
19. The system will display the page "Your account is under review" which means you have completed all the steps.
Identity verification steps to complete the NDID via website
