To reset your password in case of forgot password.
1. Go to Z.com EX application then click on "Account" menu and select "Log in."
2. Click on "Forgot password?"
3. The system will display a page for entering your email address. Please enter your email address and click "Submit".
4. After clicking "Submit", the system will notify you to check your email. Please click "OK" and go to your email to check the information.
5. Open your email and open the confirmation email from Z.com EX. After that, click
"Reset Your password".
6. The system will ask you to set a new password. After you've set up password, click "Submit"
Your password must
- contain at least 10 symbols (12 advised).
- contain a lowercase and uppercase character.
- contain a special character (eg: #!@).
- prevent the re-use of preceding passwords.
7. Finished! You will be notified as shown in the attached image, please click "OK"
To set a new password in case you want to change the password.
1. Log in into Z.com EX account, Click on "Account" menu.
2. Select "Setting" menu.
3. Click on the "Three Lines" button.
4. Select "Security" menu.
5. Select Change password menu then click "Change"
Note: If your account does not have 2FA enabled, please enable it before changing your password. Learn how to enable 2FA here.
6. After clicking "Change" a message will appear stating: *For security purpose of your account, all withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours after you change the password. If you still wish to proceed, click "Continue"
7. Enter Your Password Information
- Current Password: Enter your existing password in the first field.
- New Password: Create a new, strong password and enter it in the second field. Refer to the password requirements below for guidance.
- Confirm Password: Re-type your new password exactly in the third field to confirm it matches the one you entered previously.
Strong Password Requirements:
- Minimum 10 characters: Aim for a longer password for better security.
- 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase
- 1 number
- 1 special character: . - ' " : ; , ? ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + = / _ < > ` ~
- No spaces
8. You will be requested to enter your 2FA code to confirm, then click "Continue".
9. Finished! the system will log you out. Click "Back to login" to enter your new password.
