2FA, otherwise known as Two-Factor Authentication, is a process used when attempting to access our website, withdrawing digital asset or Thai Baht or changing any important information by generating a one-time password every 30 seconds in order to let a user ensure that any action performed is their own. We suggest you to always enable 2FA for security purposes.

Download the "Google Authentication Application" on your mobile device. 2FA is available for download below.

How to set up 2FA
1. Log in to your account via mobile application then click menu "Account" button at the below right corner of your screen.
2. Select "Two-Factor Authentication(2FA)" then select "Continue."
3. Click to Enable this function.
4. Click "Continue"
5. Select "COPY" Token Key (Google Authenticator Application does not support scanning QR code)
6. Open Google Authenticator application on your mobile phone.
7. Choose "Plus icon" then click "Enter a setup key."
8. Set "Account name" (For example: Z.com EX) and "Paste your copied Token Key" then click "Add"
Note: We recommend that you type or write down your backup code. And keep it in a safe place. (Used in case of recovering your 2FA account)
9. Enter the app-generated code (6 digits) in the fields on Z.com EX application then click "Continue"
10. Set up completed. (Please enter the code every time you log in or making transaction)
