Before using the OTC function, customers must complete all three of the following steps:
1. Open a Z.com EX account through click here.
2. Complete identity verification.
3. Activate the OTC system through click here.
After completing all three steps, customers can use the OTC system as follows:
1. Log in through click here.
2. Select "OTC" from the menu at the top of the screen.
Steps to Place a Sell Order
1. Select "Sell" to place a sell order.
2. Enter the number of coins you want to sell in the "Spend" field. The system will display the amount of Thai Baht you will receive in the "Receive" field and the price per 1 USDT in the "Estimated Price."
3. Then, select "Request for quote" to lock the price.
4. Select "Confirm" to confirm the transaction within 10 seconds or select "Cancel" to cancel the transaction.
5. The system will display the transaction in the Order History section.
5.1 If the customer has a sufficient balance of the coins they want to trade, the system will display the status "Trading" for the transaction and will change the status to "Completed" when the transaction is completed.
5.2 If the customer does not have a sufficient balance of the coins they want to trade, the system will display the status "Waiting for reserve." The customer must deposit the coins they want to trade into their wallet within the specified time. The customer can find their wallet address in the "Deposit address" field. After the deposit is successful, the system will display the status "Trading" for the transaction and will change the status to "Completed" when the transaction is completed.
Steps to Place a Buy Order
1. Select "Buy" to place a buy order.
2. Enter the amount of Thai Baht you want to use to buy in the "Spend" field. The system will display the number of coins you will receive in the "Receive" field and the price per 1 USDT in the "Estimated Price."
3. Then, select "Request for quote" to lock the price.
4. Select "Confirm" to confirm the transaction within 10 seconds or select "Cancel" to cancel the transaction.
5. The system will display the transaction in the Order History section.
5.1 If the customer has a sufficient Thai Baht balance for the transaction, the system will display the status "Trading" for the transaction and will change the status to "Completed" when the transaction is completed.
5.2 If the customer does not have a sufficient Thai Baht balance for the transaction, the system will display the status "Waiting for reserve." The customer must deposit Thai Baht into their Z.com EX account within the specified time. After the deposit is successful, the system will display the status "Trading" for the transaction and will change the status to "Completed" when the transaction is completed.
Notes
1. Minimum Trading Size
- Minimum buy USDT: 200,000 THB per transaction.
- Minimum sell USDT: 5,000 USDT per transaction.
- Or may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Meaning of Transaction Statuses
- Waiting for reserve: Waiting for coin or Thai Baht deposit.
- Trading: System is processing the transaction.
- Completed: Transaction successful.
- Cancelled: Customer cancelled the transaction.
- Rejected: Company cancelled the transaction.
- Error: Transaction failed.
