Z.com EX (“Company”) will be conducting a scheduled system maintenance on 29 November 2023, from 02:00 AM to 10:00 AM (GMT+7). As a result, USDT deposits and withdrawals on the Tron (TRC-20) network will be available starting from 02:00 AM on November 29, 2023 (GMT+7) onward.
To mitigate the potential risks, we kindly inform our valued customers and investors of the important information below:
1. Customers are strongly advised to avoid depositing and withdrawing USDT on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network through the Company’s platform (“Platform”) during the scheduled system maintenance. Otherwise, there is a possibility of asset loss or non-appearance in the destination wallet. Following the completion of system maintenance, USDT deposits and withdrawals will be exclusively available on the Tron (TRC-20) network only.
2. After the mentioned date and time, customers who wish to deposit USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network within the Platform will need to create a new wallet address. Please refer to this link for instructions on how to create a new wallet address.
3. Customers with an existing USDT balance within the Platform will not experience any disruptions and are not required to take any action.
4. Pending USDT trading orders within the Platform will not be affected and are not required to take any action.
