GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. would like to inform you of the adjustment of measures for the approval of Thai Baht (THB) and cryptocurrency withdrawal transactions, effective from 31 March 2025, onwards. The details are as follows:
Reason
- To cooperate with government agencies in preventing and suppressing the use of mule accounts, money laundering, and technology-related crimes.
New Measures
- New customers who successfully open an account and complete identity verification from 31 March 2025, onwards, will have their THB and cryptocurrency withdrawals suspended for 24 hours from the time of their first successful THB deposit.

After 24 hours, customers can withdraw THB and cryptocurrency as usual.
- This measure is exempt for new customers who have passed the verification of source of income and economic status documents, as detailed here
