Exporting Google Authenticator to new phone:
1. Open application, click on menu (3 buttons on the right-hand side). Then select "Export accounts".
2. Click on "Continue", then fill the password.
3. Select the account which you need to transfer, then click on "Export".
4. Google Authenticator will generate a QR code for you. Then bring the new phone which installed the Google Authenticator application and scan the QR code.
5. Completed.
