There are several reasons why you might not be receiving emails.
- You incorrectly filled in an incorrect email address.
- Your storage is full.
- The email was routed to your Spam/Junk folder.
- Your email service provider may have set Z.com EX email in a lower priority queue, which may take some time for the emails to be loaded and appear in your inbox.
- Your emails may be set to automatically transfer to other folders, such as an assigned folder, etc.
Setting whitelist Z.com EX emails
Outlook
Step 1: Log in to Outlook
Step 2: Click "Setting" on the top right, then go to "View all Outlook settings"
Step 3: Select "Mail", then go to "Safe mailing lists"
Step 4: Add the following email addresses one by one to the list and make sure to click "Save" button after you finish adding them.

Gmail
Step 1: Log in to Gmail
Step 2: Click "Setting" on the top right.
Step 3: Click "See all settings"
Step 4: Go to "Filters and blocked addresses"
Step 5: Click "Create a new filter" ,Then add the email address listed below (one by one) in the “From” field and press "Create filter"

Step 6: Check the box "Never send it to Spam", Then click "Create filter"
Yahoo
Step 1: Log in to Yahoo
Step 2: Click "Settings" on the right top.
Step 3: Go to "More Settings"
Step 4: Select "Filters" on the bar at the left hand side.
Step 5: Click "+ Add new filters"
Step 6: Enter a name for your filter.
Step 7: Then go to “From” drop-down menu, select 【Contain】 and add all of the following email addresses one by one.

Step 8: Then choose the folder to move it to as “Inbox”
Step 9: Click "Save"
