Two-factor authentication (also known as 2FA) is a technology that provides identification of users through the combination of two different components. To protect your account, we strongly recommend you to set up 2FA.
How to Download
Download the "Google Authentication Application" on your mobile device. 2FA is available for download below.
How to Set up 2FA
1. Log in into your account, Click menu "My Account" at the right top of website.
2. Select "Account Setting"
3. Click "Security" and then click "Enable"
4. A message will appear asking you to download Google Authenticator and click "Continue".
5. The system will display your QR Code.
6. Open "Google Authentication Application" on your mobile.
7. Click "Scan a QR CODE"
8. Use your mobile to scan QR CODE on (No.5) then click "Continue".
9. We recommend that you type or write down your backup code. And keep it in a safe place. (Used in case of recovering your 2FA account)
10. Enter the app-generated code (6 digits) in the fields on Z.com EX website then click "Continue".
11. Set up completed. (Please enter the code every time you log in or making transaction)
