Deposits on Z.com EX:
- No fees for Thai Baht deposits.
- KYC verification required before depositing. Submit your KYC documents before making a deposit.
- Minimum amount 50,000 / Times
- One deposit request at a time. You cannot request a QR deposit and a wired transfer at the same time.
- Wire Transfer deposit will be processed within 72 hours.
How to deposit Thai Baht by wire transfer
1. Log in to Z.com EX website https://ex.z.com/ and go to "My Wallet" menu.
2. Select "Thai Baht"
3. Select "Deposit" at Thai Baht.
4. At the "Deposit" page, look for the "Select Method" dropdown list.
5. Select the "Transfer THB" method from the list.
6. Select the bank account and enter the deposit amount.
Select bank account.
Enter your deposit amount. (The Minimum is 50,000 Baht)
Then click the "Deposit" button to continue
7. Make transfer
Read the instruction carefully and follow the instructions to make the THB deposit to our designated bank account.
- The system will show the amount that you have to transfer (please make the exact deposit including the decimal).
Prepare proof of your deposit transaction, then click on the "Upload proof of deposit" button to attach the deposit proof file.
Ensure that the file format is either JPG, GIF, or PNG (20 MB maximum).
Click on the "Confirm Upload" button to submit the proof.
8. Confirm upload. Once uploading successfully, an announcement will display.
9. Wait for confirmation
- After finishing uploading, your request will be in the "Pending" state in the Deposit History list.
- Once the deposit is confirmed, the status of this request changes to "Completed" and your balance will be updated.
Cancel Deposit / Expired Deposit
1. You can cancel the request by clicking the "Cancel Deposit" button.
2. When the proof is not provided within 24 hours, the request will be expired automatically.
