Z.com EX is switching to a new identity verification method called NDID for individual customers. This change will take effect on 27 December 2023, 12:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards. If you have not yet verified your identity, please do before 26 December 2023 at 11:00 PM (GMT+7)
Please follow the instruction below:
1. If you chose to verify through the Z.com EX system:
Complete the information entry and submit it for verification.
2. If you chose to verify using the Dip chip method at 7-Eleven:
Bring the QR code you received from Z.com EX to 7-Eleven to complete the verification.
If you haven't verified your identity by the deadline, you'll need to resubmit your information using NDID, as identity verification via Z.com EX and Dip chip at 7-Eleven will no longer be available after 27 December 2023, at 12:00 PM.
