Please prepare all required documents as below
1. Certified True Copy of Name Change document with your signature and current date.
2. Certified True Copy of ID Card (For Thai)/ Passport (For Foreigner) with your signature and current date.
3. First page of your passbook / a copy of white and black must be sign your name and write certified
true copy for the verification. (This should show your name and bank account number clearly.)
4. Then please submit the document via Live chat or Help & Support channel.
