2. Scroll down to the bottom of the website under the “Support” section then click on the “Complaint” menu or click here
3. Fill in the information about Email, Subject, Description and check the box I'm not a robot.
After that, click “Submit”.
4. When you have successfully submitted, there will be a notification message as picture below.
5. Completed
