To change/update your mobile phone no. by following steps down below.
1. Login to your account.
2. Click Icon your account that located on top right corner and click "Account Setting"
3. Choose "Security"
4. Choose Change phone number menu, then click "Change"
Note: If your account does not have 2FA enabled, please enable it before changing your phone number. Learn how to enable 2FA here.5. Enter your new mobile phone number in field "Phone number" then click "Update"
6. Enter 2FA code then click "Continue"
7. After pressing Continue, a 6-digit number (OTP) will be sent to the phone number you entered. Enter the numbers in the specified field.
8. Success
If you are not able to proceed above steps you can follow steps below.
To change your phone number, please submit the following documents
1. Prepare passport and paper written
" To change phone number from …(old phone number)… to …(new phone number)…", with your signature and current date.
2. Take a selfie with your passport and the paper in hand.
3. Please send your selfie photo via live chat or email.
4. When the staff receives your request, they will be contacting you.
