Issue:
Taking photos of documents with the rear camera during the identity verification (KYC) process is not functioning normally.
Temporary Solution:
During the document verification step, please choose to upload images from the gallery instead of using the rear camera.
We recommend using the application on devices with Android versions lower than 15 or on iOS temporarily.
