[Impact]
Customer is unable to login to the system.
Customer is unable to deposit and withdraw all asset.
Customer is unable to buy and sell all asset.
All digital asset wallet addresses are affected.
[Details of changing new wallet address]
This wallet address change is due to the change of Z.com EX wallet in order to accommodate and support more digital assets in the future. Before depositing a digital asset, please ensure that the wallet address used is the most recent one supported by the system.
[Note]
The new wallet address will have no effect on the amounts of your digital assets.
The new wallet address will be activated on 7 November 2022, at 22.30 hrs. onwards.
